"Energy flows in and out of us, and we need to appreciate where we are spending it. If we think of energy as a limited commodity, depending upon where we decide to spend it, it either translates into a good investment or a bad investment.
“So if we make a decision and our action or choice inspires, energizes or revitalizes us, we can consider that a good investment of our energy. If, on the other hand, our decision or choice weakens or drains our energy, enthusiasm, inspiration or motivation, then we can consider that a bad investment of our energy."
